Chris Lewis

Chris is an Audit & Assurance partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP, based in the Dallas office, leading growth in the Financial Services industry. He has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting with a focus in financial services, including life, health, and property and casualty insurance companies as well as banking, finance and investment management industries.

He has in-depth knowledge of US GAAP, NAIC Statutory accounting principles for insurance companies, SEC rules and regulations, and IFRS. He completed the Management Development Program with Deloitte’s National Office focused on SEC Services during which he served as a subject matter resource for teams all over the global network, including some of the largest financial institution clients. Chris has extensive knowledge of Regulations S-X, S-K and disclosure requirements on Securities Act and Exchange Act Forms. He holds a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University and is a licensed CPA in Oregon and Texas.
