Clif is a partner in Deloitte & Touche LLP's Transactions and M&A practice, where he leads the M&A Accounting, Reporting, Integration & Separation offering.

With more than 20 years of accounting and reporting experience across various industries, Clif has broad knowledge in US GAAP and SEC rules and regulations, including those specific to business acquisitions, spin-offs and separations, carve-out financial statements, discontinued operations reporting, pro forma financial information, IPOs, and registration statements. Clif also has deep experience gained through his lead role on numerous buy-side and sell-side transactions.

Clif has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including consumer products, industrial products & services, retail, travel & hospitality, and real estate.
