As deputy chief innovation officer for Deloitte LLP and senior managing director of Deloitte’s US Innovation group, Craig oversees all ongoing innovation initiatives. He partners with Firm Leadership to set the group’s agenda and overall innovation strategy, and counsels Deloitte’s businesses on their respective innovation efforts. In addition, Craig oversees the firm’s Catalyst Fund focused on incubating new businesses and solutions. Craig is also focused on establishing and scaling efforts to implement service delivery transformation and Future of Work initiatives in many of Deloitte’s core services through the use of artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, intelligent workflow automation technologies and techniques.
