Damaris (Dee) Garcia-Schneider

Damaris is a managing director within Deloitte’s information technology services (ITS). Dee also serves as the ITS chief inclusion leader, leading behavioral shifts to strengthen the inclusive culture in ITS. In her role, she seeks to empower Deloitte’s IT professionals so that they are not just seen and heard, but also have their perspectives valued within the global organization. Dee also served for four years as secretary for the DTTL global board of directors, where she was instrumental in leading the nomination process of two global CEOs. As a sought-after mentor and speaker, a technology professional, a proud Latina, and a mother, Dee prides herself on being an empathetic leader.

Having previously served on the National Executive Committee and board for the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA), Dee is still an active member of the association; and is passionate about championing the contributions of latinos in the workplace.
