Dana is a leader in Deloitte’s Operations Transformation practice with fifteen years of experience working with financial services clients on process transformation across the value chain. She is one of Deloitte's Investment Banking and Capital Markets practice leaders, and has worked with several large banks to drive a culture of continuous process improvement and implement refined and more efficient processes in several areas with a particular focus on client onboarding, post trade operations, and regulatory compliance.
Dana is one of the founding members and Financial Services Champion of Deloitte’s Center for Process Bionics, and has worked with several financial services firms to achieve process excellence. Dana helps clients instill capabilities around Business Process Management, Business Decision Management, Workflow Design, and Automation to execute process transformation strategies focused on providing process transparency and democratization.
