Dana Hall

Dana is a tax partner with Deloitte Tax LLP and leads the National Tax Accounting Group (NTAG). She has more than 25 years of experience in both public accounting and industry. She has the proven ability to understand highly complex organizations, transactions, and the tax accounting implications thereof. She has served clients of various complexities and sizes, both domestically and globally, private and publicly traded and Private Equity and Venture Capital backed.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Dana held a tax executive role at EY. Her experience includes leading tax departments, teaching internal, client and organizational trainings, creating and implementing processes, and specializing in complex transactions from both preparer and auditor perspectives.
