Darren Gest is a partner in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice, and a market leader specializing in organizational and workforce transformation.
Darren is actively engaged with our largest and most complex retail and consumer products clients. He routinely advises business executives on topics spanning the future of work, talent and capability building, DE&I strategy, organizational design, and digital adoption.
He frequently speaks and publishes on a broad range of human capital issues relevant to the consumer space, such as the evolution of talent within food and beverage organizations, pay equity, enterprise operating model design and technology-driven change, and workforce management.
Darren serves on the board of directors for Chicago’s Green City Market and is an Open for Good mentor for the James Beard Foundation.
