As a leader of the Systems Engineering practice, David has extensive experience in the architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications, focusing on the custom development area. He works across technology and industry sectors both at the strategic and tactical level. David operates at a detailed level helping diagnose memory locking issues via thread dump analysis, heap allocation, blocking I/O as well as providing strategic roadmaps and technology strategy for state and federal agencies, and commercial business clients.
