David B. Harrison

David is a partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP. His areas of specialization include delivering Risk, Regulatory, and Operational Transformation services to clients in the Financial Services industry. He currently serves as the Lead Client Service partner for two premier banking clients for Deloitte.

David has also served in numerous firm leadership roles including Business Risk leader for Deloitte Advisory, Interim Chief Risk Officer for the New Americas, Regulatory Affairs leader for Deloitte US, and served as a member of the US firm’s Nominating Committee. He currently co-chairs Deloitte’s Black Action Council. The Black Action Council—sponsored by both our US CEO and US Chair—was created to thoughtfully architect, execute, and accelerate our transformational strategy to better enable Black professionals at Deloitte and sustain an antiracist culture for our people and organization.

David is passionate about all things talent and has supported and led various talent and diversity initiatives at Deloitte. He pursues an active, healthy lifestyle with interests in nutrition, exercise, live music, and leisure travel.
