Coming from a business administration background, Dirk has been practicing as a consultant providing customer and channel solutions for more than 19 years, mainly in the automotive and telco industry.

This consultancy experience has been formed largely on projects ranging from design, through development, implementation and program management of multichannel marketing and sales strategies, CRM, and campaign management, as well as performance management and efficiency- and cost-reduction programs.
