David Sarabacha

David is the Deloitte & Touche LLP global leader for Resilience services (crisis management, business continuity management, disaster recovery and continuity of operations) and has more than 25 years of experience in the development, design, implementation, and assessment of enterprise-wide resilience capabilities including catastrophic risk assessments, business and technology impact analyses, recovery strategy design, plan development, implementation support, training, testing and exercising, and war gaming, as well as tools supporting each of these activities. David focuses his capabilities on supply chain and operational risks, in addition to cyber and technology threats and vulnerabilities, to help companies be more resilient and—when that is not possible—recoverable, so that they can once again thrive coming out of a crisis event. In addition, he has experience in Enterprise Risk Management and the implementation of various eGRC packages as well the content development for large scale ERM programs.
