As managing director and chief futurist, Eamonn Kelly has consulted at senior executive levels to dozens of the world’s leading corporations, key global and national public agencies, and major philanthropic foundations, advising them on world shaping trends and dynamics and helping them evolve robust and “future-proofed” strategies. He has addressed hundreds of conferences, client leadership retreats, industry groups and professional associations. Eamonn’s past leadership roles at Deloitte include Consulting’s chief strategy officer and Consulting’s Strategy & Operations chief marketing officer.
Prior to Deloitte, Eamonn was a partner at Monitor Group and a member of its Global executive team. He also served for ten years as CEO of Global Business Network (GBN), pioneering scenario planning consultancy and futures think-tank. Before joining GBN, Eamonn directed strategy at Scottish Enterprise, a renowned economic development organization. He has authored many publications, including Deloitte’s two most recent Business Trends Reports, as well as two books: Powerful Times: Rising to the Challenge of Our Uncertain World (Wharton School Publishing, October 2005); and What’s Next: Exploring the New Terrain for Business (2002).
