Eric leads M&A Finance for Deloitte Consulting LLP and has 22 years of experience across a range of finance integration, divestiture, restructuring, and transformation areas. Eric helps clients through complex transactions and transformations with a focus on separation and integration planning, finance blueprinting, Day 1+ readiness/standup, and various post-close integration and optimization activities (e.g. finance operating model design, outsourcing, shared services, and Digital Finance process design/system enablement). He specializes in designing financial closing and reporting processes in M&A / Restructuring environments and has played a significant role in defining Deloitte’s approach to optimizing these processes for our Technology Sector clients.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting & MIS and an MBA from The University of California.
