Eric M. Monti

Eric is a Principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP's Technology Practice and co-leads the US SAP Supply Chain Transformation Practice and Deloitte's SAP S/4HANA team. He has more than 20 years of experience in consulting and corporate environments, and has spent the past 18 years focused on technology enabled business transformation.

Eric has deep experience supporting the strategic development of the supply chain transformation programs, global program management, process reengineering, custom application development, and systems integration. In recent years, Eric has focused his attention on the application of cutting-edge technologies such as SAP S/4HANA to solve his clients' most pressing business issues. Eric's area of speciality include program leadership, business process transformation, supply chain transformation, forecasting, and planning and analytics.
