Erin Clark

Erin Clark is a Managing Director and US National Leader for Deloitte Human Capital Consulting’s Leadership offerings. She has more than 20 years of experience working with clients across industries and sectors as an executive coach, advisor and facilitator.
Erin believes in the work of leadership to activate and unleash human potential - creating thriving people, organizations and communities. She believes strongly in both the individual and collective power of this work and brings this passion and curiosity to her work with clients.
Prior to Deloitte, Erin was a partner and practice leader at Monitor Group (acquired by Deloitte in 2013) and held leadership positions in Executive Education at the Harvard Business School as well as a small organization and leadership consultancy.
Erin is the proud mother of five children and lives in Alpine, Utah. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Utah and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
She is co-author, alongside her father and brother, of the forthcoming book "Leading Through: Activating the Soul, Heart and Mind of Leadership" (Harvard Business Review Press, September 2024).
