Eyal Cahana

Eyal leads Deloitte’s Knowledge Capital^™ Practice. In this role, he assists clients with challenges around their most valuable asset – knowledge. By defining and implementing end-to-end Knowledge Management (KM) programs from strategy to technology, he helps them capture the knowledge and experience accumulated in the organization and make it available and actionable for reuse and learning in the flow of work.

During his career, Eyal has performed several roles that have granted him diverse KM expertise culminating in his current role at Deloitte leading large-scale KM program implementation projects for global organizations. This variety of roles enables Eyal to experience KM from different angles and bring a unique 360-degree point of view to clients.

Eyal has more than 15 years of KM specific experience working with organizations across industries, specializing in strategy design, delivery, and execution, including Governance, Processes, Knowledge Architecture, Technology and Change Management.
