He advises software and other technology companies on developing and executing strategies for scalable and profitable growth, with focus on "as-a-service" and other flexible consumption-based business models (subscription and usage-based). Faruk works with clients to develop effective operating constructs, enabling capabilities, sets up cross-functional transformation programs, and leads implementation teams.
