Florence E. Larson

Florence Larson is the Program Director for the Equitable Board Network, a national network of board readiness programs providing education and networking, to initially support executives from historically marginalized racial and ethnic groups. The Equitable Board Network is a vital part of Deloitte's Purpose and DEI Office's social impact investment, a commitment to help increase social and economic mobility. Florence formerly served as a leader for the Deloitte sponsored OnBoarding Women program.

Florence's career began as a corporate finance attorney in London and after moving to the US had the opportunity to hone legal and governance expertise at additional multinationals.

Florence has focused on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion since 2016 and serves on the board of the Seattle Public Library Foundation and its Governance Committee.
