Giannis Doulamis

Giannis is a principal within Deloitte Consulting’s Center for Process Bionics with more than 10 years experience servicing financial services clients. His focus has been in operating model design and process improvement/reengineering helping clients execute growth strategies across front, middle, and back office functions. Giannis has helped clients set up and execute multiple Operational Excellence programs democratizing re-engineering efforts across the organization. He is Six Sigma Green Belt certified and trained in Business Process (BPM) and Decision Modeling (DMN), Workflow Design and Execution and Automation.
