Glenn is a Human Capital Transformation executive within Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Government & Public Services practice. He helps governments and other public sector organizations improve their employees’ overall experience and is adept at engaging people, leveraging technology, re-engineering processes, and introducing alternative service delivery models to help clients achieve their missions.

Glenn came to Deloitte from the US Department of Commerce where, as Executive Director of Enterprise Services, he stood up and ran the first cabinet department-level, multi-function, shared services operations in the Federal Government. Enterprise Services today provides human resources, acquisition, and information technology services to the 47,000 employees that work for the Department.

Prior to his Commerce role, Glenn held senior-level position with Accenture and KPMG. Earlier in his career, he served as a legislative aide to Ohio Congressman Ronald M. Mottl and chief of staff to Governor L. Douglas Wilder. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Science Museum of Virginia.

Glenn is a graduate of American University with a bachelor’s degree in international relations and holds a master’s degree in science, technology and public policy from George Washington University.
