Greg Palme

Greg has more than 30 years of experience serving clients in Southern California and has been an audit partner for more than 15 years. He leads Deloitte’s audit practice in Orange Country. He brings significant depth of experience serving public, private and foreign owned companies with a global footprint. His experience also includes IPO & SPAC transactions, Emerging Growth Companies (EGCs), Mergers & Acquisitions, Transaction Due Diligence and companies looking to access public and private capital markets.

Greg currently serves on the Board of Orange County’s Forum for Corporate Directors (FCD) and the Board of Counselors for Chapman University’s Argyros School of Business. He is a member of the AICPA, CalCPA and received his BS in Business Administration-Accounting and Finance from Chapman University in 1991.
