Heather Pollard

Heather currently co-leads the Pricing & Commercial Deal Support (PCDS) group advising our pursuit and account teams on differentiated pricing and commercial strategies. She has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and sales enablement for both publicly traded and privately held companies.

After spending the first three years of her career with Deloitte in client service, she transitioned to industry where she held numerous roles in Corporate Finance. After spending 10 years in industry, she found her way back to Deloitte in 2016. Over the course of her career, she has been recognized for analytical problem solving, process improvement & redesign, quickly developing subject matter expertise and principled leadership in challenging work environments.
