Helen Yanchisin

Helen specializes in the taxation of debt and other financial instruments, including debt-equity, debt restructuring, distressed debt, convertible debt, tax ownership, hedging, derivatives, and installment sales. She is a frequent speaker at conferences organized by groups such as the Practising Law Institute in New York.

Helen holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.
