Inga Riggins is a Managing Director and serves as the Human Resources (HR) Transformation Offering Leader for Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) Human Capital practice.
Ms. Riggins has 20+ years of experience leading HR Technology, Shared Service Delivery, and HR Business Process Operations programs across Federal and Commercial organizations. She led Deloitte's product development on the SuccessFactors suite including the first Federal cloud based FedRAMP certified core Human Capital Management system. She has led multiple SuccessFactors engagements to implement Integrated Talent Management, including one now serving over 80,000 employees. Additionally, she served as the program executive for the implementation of the core HR platform for a department serving over 300,000 employees.
Ms. Riggins has worked with multiple Federal HR shared services providers to develop modernization options and alternative analysis for moving from mainframe to cloud based HR solutions.
