Jason Rissanen

Jason is an Audit & Assurance partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP, based in the San Jose office, leading growth in the Technology industry. He has more than 20 years of experience at Deloitte serving some Deloitte's largest technology clients. Jason has also served dozens of growth stage companies across all sectors of the technology industry, including software, hardware and semiconductor.

He has experience in several technical accounting areas including revenue recognition, inventory accounting, business combinations and identifying and addressing complex accounting, reporting and auditing matters. Jason also has extensive experience working with the SEC staff on various matters, including the pre-clearance of accounting issues and responses to comment letters on periodic filings and offering documents. He holds a BA and Masters of Accountancy from the University of Waterloo.
