Jay is a Lead Client Service Partner for Deloitte and is the US Paper & Packaging Leader for the firm. For more than 10 years he has been serving clients with quality and distinction through understanding their highest priority needs, bringing firm resources to bear on those opportunities and building lasting relationships along the way.
Jay currently serves as the Lead Client Service Partner for Ball Corporation, Molson Coors Beverage Company and JBS SA. He has served as the relationship executive for these companies for more than 10 years. He has participated in numerous transformational initiatives Deloitte has delivered and has served as an advisor on numerous other assignments.
His manufacturing focus goes back 25 years with his professional services and industry experience. Before his relationship executive role, Jay had over six years of management consulting experience, most of that time in the Strategy & Operations practice of Deloitte Consulting, supporting Fortune 500 clients in strategic decision making and implementing business improvements in financial management. Prior to that, he worked for an international development firm in Central Asia providing expert technical and management consulting services that helped manufacturing companies in the former Soviet Republics create a foundation for economic growth.
After receiving his undergraduate degree from Boston College, Jay followed his passion for education by volunteering on a Native American Reservation for a year, teaching and mentoring at-risk Native American youth. He has also been actively involved with Junior Achievement and has instructed over 1,000 students in the classroom over the last 20 years.
Jay received his MBA from the University of Colorado-Boulder. He lives in Louisville, Colorado with his wife and five children.
