Joanna Burleson

Joanna is a managing director with Monitor Institute by Deloitte, Deloitte Services LP, and a leader of its Adaptive Strategy practice. She supports leaders of national nonprofits and foundations in critical decision making in order to deepen their impact. Her work touches on all dimensions of social sector strategy, from visioning and growth planning to developing operating and economic models. She has deep expertise in education, workforce, and youth development. Joanna serves on the national boards of College Possible and Eye to Eye.
