Jean is the lean flow practice leader for Deloitte Consulting LLP, and creator of the lean flow ecosystem and enterprise agility framework. She is an innovative enterprise lean flow leader and transformational change agent, with more than two decades of diverse experience transforming organizations at all levels.
As a thought leader, published author, and speaker in lean, agile, scaled agile framework (SAFe), and lean startup methods, Jean helps clients design, develop, and implement custom lean agile@scale operating models and frameworks. She possesses extensive experience in building and managing multi-million dollar global portfolios, and lean portfolio management (LPM) capabilities for Fortune 100 companies, as well as leading multi-product and enterprise-level portfolios, and multi-team (200+) lean agile@scale transformations. She is very active in the lean and agile communities, and has chaired various forums and conference tracks for the Agile Alliance and Lean Startup Week.
