Dr. Jenica (Huddleston) Reed is an experienced leader in designing evaluations and drawing actionable findings, to inform program, policy, and governmental decision-making. She has more than 20 years of experience designing research and evaluations, setting methodology/data collection and analysis strategies, providing technical assistance, and building evaluation capacity.
Doctorate in Public Health, with an emphasis on evaluation, from the University of California, Berkeley. Master's degree in Child Development and Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of California, Davis. Multiple peer-reviewed articles, across a variety of content areas, including in the American Journal of Evaluation, American Journal of Health Promotion, Vaccine, Journal for Healthcare Quality, Journal of Nursing Care Quality, and Computers, Informatics, Nursing. Topical Interest Group (TIG) Leader/Chair for multiple groups with the American Evaluation Association for the last decade.
