Jennifer works at the Monitor Institute by Deloitte, a social impact consultancy and think tank that sits within Deloitte. She has spent over a decade working to solve social challenges and exploring the intersection of strategy and social impact.

Jennifer writes and speaks regularly about her research on social innovation, including: What’s Next for Philanthropy in the 2020’s (to be published in the fall of 2020), An Event or An Era: Resources for Social Sector Decision-Making in the Context of COVID-19, How COVID is Changing Strategic Planning: Fresh Thinking for Non-Profit Leaders and My Home is Not a Soundbite. She also teaches about negotiations and decision-making at the University of Tulsa.

Prior to joining the Monitor Institute, Jennifer served as a Director of Teacher Leadership Development with Teach for America. Jennifer holds an BSBA from Oral Roberts University and a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
