Joel Hardy

Joel Hardy has over fifteen years of experience as a leader and manager in learning, workforce strategy and design, and program management, primarily within defense and aerospace. His experience includes learning design and development, reskilling, training system governance, defense capability acquisition, and tech-enabled talent management. Hardy is also a qualified and experienced musician and musical educator.
