John Lisciandro

John is a Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory managing director for Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP in the east region, and a practice leader for the Financial Modeling and Valuation service line within the Federal practice. John's experience includes one year as the director of finance of a satellite internet content delivery company, as well as more than 25 years of consulting primarily in the finance field. His areas of expertise include valuation, financial analysis, intellectual property consulting, due diligence, financial modeling, business case studies, strategic advisory, and litigation damage quantification. He has served as an expert in US Federal Bankruptcy Court as well as before the New Hampshire Public Utility Commission.
