Jeneanne is a Deloitte Consulting LLP's Customer Experience (CX) management pioneer and Government & Public Services (GPS) leader who has provided thought leadership at the intersection of human-centered design (HCD) and business strategy for more than 25 years. Working cross sector, her GPS clients include OMB, GSA, CFPB, VA, Ginnie Mae, and several DHS agencies. Jeneanne has been instrumental in building HCD and Service Design capabilities across GPS, training over 1,000 Deloitte and client practitioners in the last several years. Prior to joining Deloitte, Jeneanne spent 20+ years in the commercial sector helping Fortune 100 clients drive innovation and develop design and customer experience management capabilities. Author of over 30 articles in national business publications, Jeneanne is a seasoned SME relied upon for CX program strategy and facilitation of teams in complex product and service development environments.
