Jeneanne is a specialist executive at Deloitte Consulting LLP with Deloitte’s Federal Government practice as federal customer CX leader in the civilian sector. She is an internationally recognized leader in innovation, design, and customer experience and will focus on building CX programs to drive innovation and improve organizational strategies for civilian agencies, the federal government’s more than 22 citizen-facing agencies, to help increase their productivity and reduce cost and program risk. Most recently, Jeneanne served as founder and CEO of Motiv Strategies LLC, providing consulting services for the management of innovation, new service design, and CX for Fortune 100, nonprofit, and government organizations. While there, she initiated and led numerous large consulting engagements and created a series of new conceptual frameworks in the areas of customer experience management and design strategy.
