John is a managing director at Monitor Deloitte where he advises Public Sector clients on strategy, developing outcome based programs, and economic competitiveness. He has worked extensively with the US national government, several US state governments, and has led projects across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. In his international development work, John has led the design and implementation of several market based solutions to improve health and agriculture outcomes. He has also led economic development projects, with a focus on stimulating new markets, improving the conditions for entrepreneurship, and promoting inclusive growth.
Prior to joining Deloitte, John served as a director at a national education non-profit that facilitated access for high school students interested in STEM careers.
