Jodie Lesh

Jodie is a managing director in Deloitte’s Life Sciences and Health Care practice focused on care delivery innovation, business model design, and helping clients design and execute enterprise-scale transformations. Prior to joining Deloitte, Jodie was Kaiser Permanente’s Chief Transformation Officer where she led transformation initiatives focused on care model innovation, consumer experience, digital engagement, and social innovation. She led the design of ten hospitals and 60+ outpatient clinics, as well as KP’s Garfield Center for Innovation and the organization’s human-centered design practice. Her experience includes designing the hospital of the future, care at home, and reimagining the ambulatory care experience. She is the past Chair of the Board for the Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation where she was instrumental in the organization’s adoption of a more inclusive economic development approach. She holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS from the University of California, Berkeley.
