Jon M. Oleksyk

Jon is a partner in Deloitte Tax LLP’s Business Tax Services (“BTS”) practice and co-leads Deloitte’s coordinated Tax and Audit & Assurance services program. Jon has more than 25 years of experience serving clients primarily in the manufacturing, distribution, and consumer products industries. Jon has advised clients on numerous aspects of taxation including inbound taxation, acquisitions, and restructurings. Jon assists clients with all aspects of tax consulting and compliance, including tax accounting methods, structural considerations, ASC 740 (FAS 109) accounting for income taxes, and planning for multistate taxation. Jon has previously led the Chicago Business Tax Services (“BTS”) group, has been Deloitte’s Central Region Tax IFRS Leader, and is a member of Deloitte’s ASC 740 Competency group. Jon’s client base includes both attest and relationship entities.
