Jon Moorehead

Jon is an Audit & Assurance partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP, based in the Memphis office, leading growth across a spectrum of industries. He has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting, working with companies in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, consumer services, real estate, agribusiness, and retail. Jon has extensive experience in dealing with a variety of complex areas including business combinations and divestitures, carve-out audits, income taxes, pensions, forestry and biological assets, impairments and restructuring activities. Having served primarily large public clients in the manufacturing and services sectors, he has a deep understanding of SEC requirements including the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley. Jon holds a Bachelor and Master of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
