Jongsuk Yu

Jongsuk is an Audit & Assurance managing director with Deloitte & Touche LLP, based in the Los Angeles office, leading growth in the Consumer industry. Jongsuk has 15 years of extensive experience handling the unique challenges faced by Japanese parent companies in global audit engagements, particularly in the US.

She possesses IFRS certification and has experience with IFRS implementation projects while deployed in Tokyo. She focuses on audits (including quarterly audit and J-SOX) of Japanese-owned companies and has deep experience with the consumer business industry with both PCAOB audits of public companies and audits of US private companies. Jongsuk has experience with IPO and is active in implementation engagements covering the new revenue recognition standard.
