Jose Sarabia

Jose is an Audit & Assurance partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP, based in the Los Angeles office, leading growth in the Financial Services industry. With more than 20 years of experience, Jose has served some of Deloitte’s most prominent financial services clients in the asset management and securities industries.

He has extensive experience auditing investment funds, including mutual funds, business development companies, hedge funds, fund of funds, private equity funds, and venture capital funds as well as investment advisers and broker-dealers. In addition to financial statement audits, Jose has extensive experience with examinations of internal controls over financial reporting, custody and surprise audit examinations, and investment performance examinations (under the Global Investment Performance Standards^®).

He is a CPA and is accredited in International Financial Reporting Standards. He graduated with a BA in Business Economics from UCLA.
