Kelley Laird

Kelley is a managing director of Deloitte Consulting LLP and the chief operating officer (COO) for the Core Business Operations portfolio. She has more than 25 years in the information technology field working with senior management teams to establish and implement their technology direction, improve operational performance, and better manage IT investments.

Kelley is recognized for her deep focus on helping clients in their integration and partnerships efforts, delivering large-scale transformations including the core operational business, program management office, system integrations and post-production operations.

As the COO, Kelley is focused on managing and driving the overall financial and business operations for the Offering Portfolio as well as predictable financial and operational processes across the Offerings.

Kelley has an MBA, a certified PMI Project Management Professional(PMP) and a certified Stanford Advanced Project Management graduate (SAPM).
