Kelli Augenthaler

Kelli has over 30 years of experience serving clients in the real estate, construction, and financial services industries with Deloitte & Touche LLP and previously Arthur Andersen LLP.  Her experience includes providing assurance and other attest services to public and private companies, primarily in the real estate, construction, and financial services industries, coordinating all aspects of assurance work, and evaluating client internal controls, including providing business improvement recommendations to management. Kelli has extensive transaction experience including debt and equity offerings, business combinations, acquisitions, dispositions, and impairment analyses. She also serves Emerging Growth Companies pursuing various private and public offerings. Kelli is the Deloitte Private Audit Leader for North Texas.  

Kelli is a certified public accountant and a member of the TSCPA and AICPA.  She is also certified in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
