Kelsey Carvell

Kelsey Carvell is a Principal in Deloitte Consulting’s Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations practice. She focuses on helping companies transform and digitize their supply chain and manufacturing operations, so that they can modernize the way they do business and gain competitive advantages. Kelsey has applied the smart factory and digital supply chain skills across a range of industries, including metals, industrials, consumer products, medical device, and life sciences. Kelsey came to Deloitte after nearly a decade in industry. She started her career as a research scientist at NASA and Boston’s Children Hospital before moving to business operations, with global roles in M&A, marketing, and operations, including spending two years living in Dubai, India, and China and directing a leading medical device company’s M&A strategy in emerging markets. A native of Bismarck, ND, Kelsey captained the women’s soccer team and earned a BS in Computational Physics at Minnesota State – Moorhead, and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Iowa State University.
