Ken Reichel

Ken is a partner in Deloitte’s Multistate Tax Services team and has been with Deloitte Tax for 35 years. He has been a partner in the Multistate Tax Services group for the past 23 years. Ken has spent a significant amount of his career dealing with state compliance and controversy matters, mergers and acquisitions issues, tax efficient restructurings, and a variety of general multistate consulting projects. Ken serves clients in the life science and health care industry group as well as in the manufacturing and services sectors.

Ken has held several leadership roles within the MTS practice, including the leader of the overall Multistate Tax Services group from 2005 through 2012. Prior to that, Ken was the leader of the State Strategic Tax Review group, which focuses on broad-based state tax posture reviews. Ken was also the leader of the Sales and Use Tax group.

Ken is a national speaker at both internal and external technical sessions on the topic of state tax planning.
