He has more than 25 years of experience serving clients, including start-up companies, private equity-backed emerging market businesses, not-for-profit institutions, as well as Fortune 100 publicly registered companies.

His focus is in health care services, including pharmaceutical and medical devices enterprises, health care insurance organizations, and hospital systems. He has extensive experience working with private equity companies and helping companies with exit strategies, including M&E and Initial Public Offerings.

He has in-depth experience in accounting and financial reporting regulations related to the Security and Exchange Commission, National Association of Insurance Commissioners as well as not-for-profit reporting regulations.
