Kim Griffin-Hunter

South Florida Managing Partner
Kim serves as the managing partner for Deloitte Miami, where she oversees more than 600 people and is responsible for the strategy and direction of Deloitte’s efforts and activities in South Florida. Having started her career with Deloitte in 1989, Kim has led numerous client relationships, both large global companies and mid-market companies, in her tenure with the organization and continues to do so today. Notably, Kim has had the honor of serving on Deloitte’s US Nominating Committee. In addition, Kim is proud to have led initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive culture, providing Deloitte people with opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Kim has served on a number of industry boards including the Healthcare Financial Management Association Board and as chairman of the Florida Institute of CPAs Healthcare Committee. In addition, she is an active member and past treasurer of the National Association of Health Services Executives, lifetime member and past president of the National Association for Black Accountants, recipient of the first Hidden Jewel Award, past president of the Family Christian Association, and past president of Guardian Ad Litem. She has been profiled in Diversity Inc.’s Women Worth Watching and the Carlos Arboleya Community Service Award.
