Kimberly leads Deloitte’s Executive Accelerators Next Generation Academy Alumni Community initiative. She focuses on helping aspiring executives on their journey to the c-suite through tailored leadership development experiences and timely content on top-of-mind issues. She has also led Deloitte’s Next Generation CMO Academy designed to help senior marketing leaders deliver enterprise growth.
During her Deloitte tenure, Kimberly has served in several roles focused on the development and implementation of new business and talent strategies. Prior roles include chief of staff for the US Chief Diversity Officer, core member of the Deloitte University launch team, and consultant in Deloitte’s Strategy practice focusing on finance transformation across industries.
Kimberly holds an MBA from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida A&M University.
