Kristine Korva is a Principal and leads Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) Human Capital practice.
Ms. Korva has 25+ years of experience working with business and HR leaders to conceptualize, design, and execute major change to create a more strategic, business-driven organization. Her experience traverses the human capital landscape, including strategy, operating model design and transition, technology, workforce transition, change management and business process outsourcing.
Prior to this, Ms. Korva served as Deloitte's US HR Strategy & Transformation leader working with Deloitte’s CTO. She is one of the firm’s prominent LGBTQIA+ leaders and spends significant time identifying and coaching Deloitte’s next generation.
She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Strategic HR from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The Catholic University of America. She lives with her wife and children in Potomac, MD.
