Karen Mazer

Karen is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP. She leads the US Executive Accelerators team, which includes our C-suite executive programs and The Deloitte Greenhouse^® Experience, aimed at helping our clients accelerate their careers, and drive breakthrough thinking around their complex business issues. Karen co-founded our US CIO program, which is one of our signature executive programs.

Karen specializes in serving Consumer and Industrial Products clients, with a focus on large scale transformation efforts, including operations improvement and technology implementations. Prior to this, she has held various geography, industry, and alliance partner leadership roles–as well as had global responsibility for the development, deployment, and support of our methods and tools. Karen has previously served on the US executive committee, the US operating group, the US board of directors, and Canadian board of directors.
