Kristin is a principal in Deloitte Consulting’s Finance & Enterprise Performance practice and is the leader of the Boston F&EP practice. She has more than 10 years of experience helping executives to identify and implement improvement opportunities. Kristin works in the areas of transformation and Finance business partnering with a heavy focus on the retail sector. Kristin is also one of Deloitte’s leaders in the area of retail loss prevention. Kristin joined Deloitte after spending 3 years at GE Capital, completing the Financial Management Program and working as a Capital Allocation Analyst for the GE Capital Bank Loan Group.
