Kevin Youel Page

Kevin is a specialist executive in the civil government sector. With 30 years in the private and public sector, he has extensive background with the US General Services Administration (GSA) and Department of the Treasury. He provides strategic insight and thought leadership to Deloitte’s civil government sector clients to help improve performance, drive transformation, and advance shared services. Prior to joining Deloitte, Kevin served as the deputy commissioner of the federal acquisition service and was the chief operating officer for a $10 billion shared services operation. He helped lead adoption of category management government-wide. At the Department of Treasury, Kevin led staff responsible for acquisition policy, human capital, oversight, and continuous improvement. He also started the Department’s first strategic sourcing program. Working with other agencies, he expanded that effort into the federal strategic sourcing initiative.
